I accidentally forget to click on the "Safely remove hardware" icon and simply unplugged the device and ran to work. When I needed to use the phone I realized it had frozen.

After more than 5-6 trials I found out that even after soft reset, and hard reset the phone freezes about a minuter after it is reset.
But, if I connect the phone to a computer in that first one minute the phone works fine (meaning it does not freeze). If i disconnect it though, it freezes again.

Any advice on fixing it myself? Or should I return and exchange it (i have had it for less then a week) ??

WE could try and trouble shoot this but a one week old phone ... I would exchange it no refurb just swap to another new phone.

If you want to try and fix I would remove software and reinstall the os. Even so it could be a hardware issue..
