Greetings all blackberry fans.

I work for a Bell Dealer in Canada and a client of mine has brought this issue to me. He has sensitive data that needs to be recuperated. When plugging the device in my pc, the DM recognizes the PIN, however, it will not backup or sync. Here's a log from JLcmdr.

It's long, and I know there's a way to recuperate the data, but I don't want to take risks.
