This is the first time for charge.

I waited for it to run out of battery to charge it. However, I cannot make a call or do anything with phone services when low battery. Others can't call me and I can't contact with them also.

I leave it for charge and turn it on but I can't see anything telling me that it's available for making a call, no phone-services at all.

Now I leave it for charge only...

What's wrong with it???

Go to the Manage Connections icon>open it and turn it on...

Don't let you battery get that low. It's not good for the battery to be completely drained.
