    Hello,

    I am running Windows Vista Home Premium, 64-bit -- No version of DM will install on my computer, however the Device Manager installed fine, but won't recognize my phone once it is plugged into the USB slot.

    The strange thing about it is when I plug in my BB to the computer it starts to charge, but the computer does not recognize a device, at all. I've updated my USB drivers and nothing has worked.

    Any advice?

    I tried installing the USB/Modem from the BB website and it was "interrupted" before it could install.

    Why on Earth am I having such difficulties with this!?
