    Ok, I'm a newbie to blackberry. I was reading some threads and keep seeing people suggesting to do a battery pull. Now don't laugh, but if you do that you won't lose any of your saved info, like pictures, address book etc?

    It won't lose any data. Pulling the battery is like rebooting your computer.

    I pull my battery about once a week too. At my age, it is the only pull I can manage.
