I just dropped my blackberry on the floor. I picked it up and there is no external damage. I tried to turn it on and it shows a battery with a red line over it. I removed the battery and put it back in. It still shows the same thing and it won't turn on. Anyone have this problem or have any suggestions onto what I have to do? Please really help me.
I think you broke a cell or two in the battery. why I have not had it happen to me on my blackberry, I have had it happen on other small devices in the past. but look in the plus side now you have a reason to buy a battery that will last longer then the factory that it came with
