The battery on my bb will not charge, at all !

I've tried the wall charger, the car charger, and a charger at work. None of them will charge the battery.

I switched batteries, and even with the new one, it will not charge.

i finally got a fully charged battery from a co-worker, and the phone is working fine, and the battery is not draining itself.

But I still need to fix the issue with the other batteries not chargin in my phone?

Is it an issue with the devise itself?
