I have a Curve 8330 about a year old. Did not charge for a few days and the battery drained and shut the device down yesterday. I plugged in to charge this morning, but the charge light that usually comes on is not coming on. Have tried different chargers and outlets - no lights. Have removed and reinserted battery - no lights. Battery is not swollen and has worked fine before now.
I have seen some other threads on this issue but everyone seems to have a red light on. Mine just appears dead. Any insight into what's going on?? Has been charging for 3-4 hours now - nothing.
