I have on line banking at my local bank. On my PC I can see my everything , but on my BB when I log in with account # and PIN all I see is " Dual Authentication" in top left. What am I doing wrong??

Is your pc logged off that account? Does your bank offer a mobile banking service?

I had the same issue and discovered my bank had a mobile option, now its works great.

I could not log into my bank to view my account with the BB browser. I had to swith to Operamini and can now log in no problem. do you have Operamini? try that if you still cant get it to work with the BB browser. as a side note I am still unable to log onto Capital One to view my statements. I read it has to do with security encryption of the banking sites (?)

I have to use opera mini to access my bank too. BB browser won't work, although it could be user error.

Since my bank have that "mobile Banking capabilities, and my berry have that apps, my life couldn't be more easier! but i really don't have to log off my account to access my mobile banking on my berry...worked for me!
