I have text messages that I need to backup and save on my PC as a text file. I looked through the options in the Blackberry Desktop Manager, but I dont see where I can do it. Any suggestions?

i'm not sure, but I don't think it's possible. all I found is that you could save them in the "saved messages" folder. I think you would have to manually re-type a text file copy on your CPU if you want to keep 'em.

No idea how to do that but you could always copy it and email it to yourself.

Highlight the message, hit Menu>> Forward As>> select Email>> and send it to yourself. Then you can C&P it into Word and save it that way. Only way I know of.

Can I e-mail a group of text messages or even a "saved messages" file?
So far I have only been able to forward one at a time to e-mail
