Sort of.

You can make a backup, then save your backup.ipd file on your memory card. However, you will still need a computer running desktop manager, and a working BB which can go into mass storage mode to access the backup file, or a microsd card adapter and a card reader on your computer, or a microsd card to USB adapter to access the backup file.
