    This is bewildering to me. My daughter sent me a picassa avi file of the baby and I am trying to find a way to get it on my bb. Can't seem to figure it out. Anyone help? Thanks.

    see if she can resend it as a jpeg
    she can reformat it in picassa. i dont think bb's can view that format.

    Or you can download a media converter like Super or Mediacoder (both free) to convert them to .3gp before transferring them to your BB.
