    I know there are applications that can switch profiles based on the time of day, but the ones I know of require you to pay for them.

    Are there any free applications that can switch profiles automatically? I'm not looking for free trials either!

    I've never seen a free one.

    You are likely going to need to pay.

    Profiler is definitely worth the cost, in my opinion.
