every time i send an email from my new bb8330 from verizon it sends an auto sig saying "sent from form my verizon wireless blackberry" i am very very new to bb's and need to know if i can change this to my name and title or even just delete totally. i am not on bb enterprise just set my work email through the pop settings. any help would be appreciated

for some reason i am not able to log into my carrier (VZW)'s website. I enter my info-PIN/ESN and whatever else it asks but it either says check your info and try again or that i need to log in over my phone, which it wont let me do-it doesnt respond to the link. Any tips?
