I can't figure this out (sigh).

I use Windows Explorer to transfer my music files into the BB under a file i created called "music." ...NO PROBLEMS with music files.

HOWEVER, when i transfer long audio files into a BB file that i created called "Ed" the files are cut in half?

The audio files are usually 1 hr in length and what happens is that i when i play the file back, i get a repeat copy of the first half of the audio file....

    Anyone know what's going on?

    Huh..?
    Ed?
    I'm confused.

I put hour long tracks into my berry fine...

Why don't you make it MP3 and see what happens?

they are MP3 files...they are approximately 1 hr in length. (when i play them on Windows Media Player (from my laptop), they play fine and run the full distance).

However, when i play them on my BB, the files are copied into 2 sound bites of the 1rst half.

In other words, the 1rst half is repeated in the same file...so that when you listen to the file, it repeats the first half at about the 30 minute mark.

Maybe there is some kinda of adjustment somewhere in BB to change the length of an Audio File?

    Anyone?

Is there an adjustment for the length of audio time per file?

How exactly are you transferring the files to your BlackBerry?

    USB, Bluetooth, some other way?
