What about the email attatchments?

Before you go looking for software, on your BB click options, then advanced options, then applications. Check to see if you have something called Attachment Service installed.

If not, close out of all of that. Connect your phone to your computer, open desktop manager, click application loader, find Attachment Service and put a check in the box. It'll say it is to be installed, then simply "next your way through until done.
