My friend's blackberry said that it is unlocked by the seller, but when i typed MEPD at Options->advance options->sim card it's shows the status are all "Inactive" instead of "Disabled" which i saw in youtube, it should be disabled, is the meaning of inactive same with disabled? because his blackberry has to be HRT everyday to use the Push email feature, but all the other applications are doing fine
