Well I'm brand new to the community and have my first question lol. I've loaded everything and I'm trying to load a skin but when I load the desktop manager and then go to application loader its grayed out saying. " The Blackberry Desktop Software does not have Blackberry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or Sys admin."
Why can't I just browse and select the skin files?
