I've got my Curve connected to the BB site installing system 4.5. The process has gone through 9 of the 11 steps but is now stuck on #10, called "Reconecting to JVM." On the screen of my Curve is the hourglass icon and it's been spinning for about 15 minutes.

The last step (#11) is called "Restore device data." I don't wan to force quit yet, right?

How long should I let it ride?

LET IT RIDE!!!! it could take up to 30 minutes from there. DO NOT UNPLUG OR STOP THE PROCESS!!!!

wait until you get a successful upload or an error. one of the two WILL happen.

And it could take much longer than 30 minutes from the website update.

As mentioned, don't unplug unless you get an error or a completed message.
