I'm writing on behalf of a client who has a Curve 8320 with T-Mobile service. I just installed Desktop Manager to sync her with her Mac, and as a result, ended up updating all her system software. I then had to run the Setup Wizard to set her AOL email back up.
Before the update, her BB displayed around 100 AOL messages; now, she only sees about 12 (from today). The messages show up fine in her regular desktop AOL client.
Is there a way to tell the BB to retrieve more messages from AOL? Or will she just have to email herself any messages she wants back on the BB?
