Can someone please explain to me where the wifi antenna is on the 8320?

Towards the top of the phone under the battery cover there are two little squares that are above the battery. One has a "W" on it and the other is blank. What are these? They are both touching a contact on the board. Secondly, under the bottom cover of the phone is a huge "tape" antenna, which antenna is this? I am trying to figure out where the wifi antenna is so I can experiment with a custom antenna
