I am familiar with most of the notifications but I've run into one that no one has posted. It looks like a new message notification but is just to the right of it and instead of an envelope it has a small orange circle/sphere. I have searched the program icons to see what this is related to but cannot find anything. I have also pulled the battery and it is still there.

Any thoughts?

Check browser messages..

messages, menu key, view folder, browser messages, might be that..

Or.. depending on theme, could be a black berry messenger msg

Thank you for the information. Never went to that folder before. My icon was as described above, but was an SMS Sim Card Message. Never knew there was such a thing!
