Curve 8330 Sprint, Outlook 2007

All of a sudden when syncing the software wants to delete 53 items from my outlook calendar. I say no way!
Here is the setup:
Calendar options on phone set to keep forever
Sync sw set to do a two way sync and get all items
Syncing shows more items in outlook than on the device but the software wants to delete from outlook to sync instead of adding to the device.
I set the sync to one way from outlook to device and no transfer of the items.
I changed the date range from all items to 10000 days before and after and still same results.
All of these items are several months old and are a mix of holidays, reoccurring and added by me so there seems to reason for this behavior as there are other items it is fine with during those same months.
I cannot seem to get these items to sync over to the device! Any ideas?
