Hi, I bought an 8310 from Amazon UK which was going to be a gift. It stated it was refurbished and like new. Anyway, when I received it, it looked new and things seemed fine. It was unlocked but obviously on Vodafone as the splash screen says so. My O2-UK sim works but I only get gprs instead of GPRS. My sim works in my Curve 8900 and Bold 9000 and I get GPRS.
I called O2 and they said that the Pin is duplicated and to get in touch with Vodafone. Voda just say to contact Blackberry and can't help. I contacted Blackberry who were no help at all. The IMEI and PIN match what it says behind the battery and on the box.
Strangly, I can get on the internet and it doesn't charge me, plus I have no APN settings added.

Does anybody have any idea what I can do. I don't mind telling you the PIN etc.

(I tried to contact the seller a few weeks after purchase but the email bounces and he's no longer a seller on Amazon Market Place, also Amazon refunded me!)
