I have only just resently tried amAze and haven't really given it a a thorough test yet, but it has generally worked fairly well. Have you made sure that your GPS is up and running and fresh. Before starting amAze, goto Options - Advanced Options - GPS - Menu (BlackBerry Button) - Refresh GPS, then wait for it to finish Scanning for Satellites and then start up amAze.

    Hope this helps.

The GPS only works when you are outside, not when you are inside. Google Maps have one of those triangular positioning system that uses the cell towers to approximate your position. When you are inside, the GPS can't get a lock on the satellite, so Google Maps switches to the triangulation method using cell towers. I don't think other gps programs have that, that's why they can't get a lock on your position. Also, just a recommendation, try Windows Mobile Live Search...WAY better than Google Maps Hope that solved your problem!

Your GPS is locked be Verizon and will not function with software besides VZNavigator.

I have tried Nav4All, but prefer amAze. More up to date maps (finds my house which Nav4All doesn't) and it works well for me without any issues.
