We upgraded to S1's from our Curve 8330's and just recently activated the Curve's on our boys' lines. Here's the thing:

In trying to setup email accounts (they both have a gmail and I wanted to set them both up with a blackberry email), in the email set up screen it only gives me 2 options... setting up a work email on a blackberry server AND skipping the email setup. It will not allow me to create a new acct or add another email address. I spent a few hrs at the VZW store trying to resolve this but nothing was done.

What is the latest OS available. I don't want to rely on the DM to upgrade them because it didn't recognize the newest S1 OS... had to force the upgrade.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
