okay so i downloaded and installed the newsest os,and then when i went and tryed to load it on my phone,it goes all the way through the process,and it says something about ROM and sits there for a while,and then it says a fatal error has occured,and then the DM wont read my bb anymore...please help

Reboot your PC and try again, it happened to me.

What does the BB say? blank screen, white screen?

also, what DM are you using to upgrade

yes my bb is the white screen,im using the newest DM

Id actually recommend you uninstall 4.7 and use 4.6 or 4.5, try again after its installed, but you can try this first, reboot everhy8ing, then reconnect and try.

Use either 4.5 or 4.6 DM without media manager, 4.7 is still to buggy...

When I went from DM 4.7 to 4.6 I used the add/remove programs to totally remove DM 4.7 from the computer. I then downloaded DM 4.6 without media manager.

Yep I had to reboot my pc and start everything again. Personally I use 4.5
