Is there a way for me to get an alert when someone or thing answers my post on Crackberry?

Choose Subscribe Thread.

And if you dont want to keep selecting subscribe thread, threre is a setting in your options that you can add that will automatically subscribe you to any thread you reply to, even if its just to type a quick note to stay in the loop. :-)
