I have AIM on my sprint Curve. It came with it, you should try to download it from the AIM site.

Not really an answer to the OP's question.
FROM MOBILE.AOL.COM
Verizon Wireless:
AIM for Verizon Wireless
The AIM application comes preloaded on most Verizon Wireless phones. To check if you already have it -
1. Check under "Messaging"
2. Then under "Mobile IM"
Or
1. Check "Get it now"
2. Select "Tools on the Go"
3. Select "Mobile IM" - 08-06-2008, 07:38 PM #6
I agree, Beejive is by far the best IM app, especially if you use multiple IM clients. - 08-06-2008, 07:45 PM #7
BeeJiveIM FTW +1
No longer a CrackBerry addict. Moved to Android - could not be happier!

I have to say that I prefer free apps over ones you have to pay for, but if you use IM on your BB, BeeJive is worth it
