Hi again, I just remembered another problem. When I go to save a contact (whether editing or adding a new one) the screen freezes for a couple minutes. I have the latest software update I think (4.5 ?) Any remedies? Thanks again!

when that happens, what do you do to get it unstuck? do you just wait for it to unfreeze, or do you do a battery pull? i would suggest doing a battery pull, that might fix the problem for now..

I just wait for it to unfreeze Stupid question, but when I do the battery pull I don't turn the phone off first? Thanks!

no, it has to be on, otherwise it is not a hard reset. yeah definately try a battery pull next time.. i would actually suggest doing one right now.. it will freshen up your berry

Yeah test it for us.

1.) Unplug batter and put it back in
2.) Once it starts back up try adding a contact.
