At the top of the page you should see a button that says "My Account", click this and and then look for the link that says modify your Crackberry forum settings. Click this link and then on the left side of the page you will see a link that says "Change your avatar". From there you just upload the picture you want.

This is how you add a picture to your profile that appears on forum posts:

You are talking about on CB right? And for the picture on the CB profile page look for the link that says "Edit Profile Picture" instead of "Change your avatar"

When I go back into that section, it shows the pic there but doesn't show it in my posts.

May have to wait till tomorrow. Same thing happened to me when adding my sig line a while back. It showed up on the editing page but not in my posts until the following day. My avatar came up right away but I did that when I first joined so maybe something's changed? IDK.

Which one did you go to - "Profile Picture" or "Avatar"?

For the one that goes with your posts you want to go to "Edit Avatar". Also, the image can be no larger than 80x80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller). If the picture is too big it may not load. To remedy that problem, simply go into paint or another editing program and resize the image so that it is smaller.
