Adding Email

If I don't have the add email accounts icon on my BB how do I add my gmail accounts?

Go into email settings icon on the device and follow the instructions. Also online in your Gmail account in email settings, make sure you enable pop or imap.

You should - make sure it is not hidden. Main screen - menu to show bring up all icons. Menu again select show all.


This account can also be setup online at VZW BIS bookmark this site as it will come in handy in the future.

When I do a show all I still don't get that icon.

THen something happened to that Icon. You can regeister the device, but I doubt that will do much. Did you delete any icons from your phone? Try a battery pull with teh device powered on. See if this helps.

Its a brand new phone and I activated my enterprise work email and that is working fine. Its the latest OS and its a bit different and I didnt delete anything or icons... I removed the battery and still no luck. It seems like there is so many differences with the latest os so there is prob a different way to set it up, I just dont know how to do it lol

No official notification either, but there appears to be a BIS outtage this morning. Also starting to see reports that is coming back. Might be part of the problem

You can also download the gmail app, tho I find it abit slow compare to BIS

interesting. I just don't see anything at all to set it up. I might have to call verizon ugh
