I accidentally deleted the Icon for Jive Talk on my Curve. I was using it as usual and opened the options over the icon and scrolled down and pushed in the trackball but it mustve been a little behind because I ended up deleting it and I found the application under ----<options>-----<Applications>---- but I can't seem to make a shortcut icon for it alongside all my other icons. Any help would be appreciated.
I can't find my phone book application in the Menu after I accidentally deleted it. I can still search for my contact lists and edit numbers but I can't seem to put back the phone book application. What should I do? Is there anything I should install?
Is it just hidden? On the main screen hit the menu key and select "show all." Then if it appears highlight it and hit the menu key and select "unhide."
If you switch back, does it stay gone? I don't, personally, have a Curve so I haven't experienced the icons going AWOL. I know that icons can be moved into folders etc. but I haven't gotten to try it out (it's a feature added in OS 4.2.2 not yet available for the Pearl and 8800.) Are you sure you didn't just accidentally move it to another folder somewhere?
So I switched it back and it's not there. But now since it popped out when I switch to a different theme, I think I might have just deleted the icon. But how do I put it back? When you mean OS... is that the software that came with my blackberry?
