I cannot access crackberry.com on my Blackberry Curve 8300. Is that normal? I get a message that the Request Entity is too large.
I am trying to get ringtones onto my device from crackberry.com. I tried 3-mailing them to myself and accessing them through the link in the e-mail on my device and bot the samemessag "Request Entity is too large."
Then I tried downloading them to my desktop, but now I don't know how to get them to my device using Blackberry desktop manager. There is nothing in the manual about getting ringtones from PC desktop to device.
