8350i help

Hey this is my first post. I have read alot of posts to make sure I dont repost the same crap, but I can't find a good answer. I bought a Sprint/Nextel BB 8350i for my wife a few days ago (she loves BB's, amd she wanted the 2way). It worked when I bought it. SO I went on the BB website to dl the DM. The DM said OS should b upgraded so I figured "Mine as well. It IS an older phone..." Like an *****, I didnt back it up! So in the middle of the update it said there was an error comunnicating with the device (Ax000000f??). Now I have no OS, DM doesnt even connect to my phone (no PIN showing either). Ive done everything Ive seen on here (used jl_cmdr, used several different versions of DM, tried different OS versions, deleted Vendor.xml, etc.), and every single time Ive tried, it'll get part way into reloading OS, and I'll get the same thing: The red led on the phone, the "ding dong" like the USB is bein unplugged, and the device comunnication error! Does anyone have any ideas???
