8330 wont turn on

First of all, hello and I did a search and can't find this specific problem, I hope someone can help. I am currently on my third 8330 (the first got washed, the second had this same problem but not as bad) and am quickly running out of patience. I went to bed last night after having this phone for about 2 weeks with it running great. Woke up this morning to a solid red light that comes on for about 15-30 seconds straight, goes off for about 10-15 seconds and then I get the white screen with the hourglass for about 20 seconds then it starts the red light cycle again. It does not get past this point.

I have tried the battery out re-install of the OS 4.5.0.162 and still it persists. I just tried the pull the battery out on the white screen for 30 seconds and no luck. When I troubleshot the 2nd phone for this problem the rep had me take the battery out and hold the power button for like 2 minutes so I tried that and no luck. I am at my wits end and if I call the insurance company again I am asking for a new phone. Since this has happened twice to me I figured it is common but I can't seem to find any procedures that work so I really need help on this one. Thank you.

Edit: I have sprint and asurion is my insurance provider.

Now I am getting a JVM Error 547 Flash Write Failed error, this is new.

well 4.5.0.162 is for the 8320, you have listed you have the 8330.. that would be 4.5.0.160.. do you have the right OS?

Sorry I meant 160, I just did a quick reference for the number in the post and posted the top one.
