Hi. My girlfriend has an 8330 running 4.5 (I think) on Sprint/Nextel. I have a 8350i running 4.6 on Sprint/Nextel. When I try to email her a short (25 sec. 2.4 MB) video to her sprint.blackberry.net acount (in .MP4 format), she gets the email and can see the attachment but it acts like the BB freezes. She can't pull up any menus to, lets say, open, foward, reply, etc... She can back out to the main email menu. The activity arrows don't show any activity when she opens the email. Is there a setting I am missing? I have told her to do a battery pull, and she ended up doing 2. No help. She sees the attach but cant get a menu to open to open the attach.... I did a search here but didnt find anything.... Any help anyone????
