I am not sure if this is where I should post this, but I currently have the 8330 and am interested in getting the 8830. Now I would think it's an upgrade to the 8330. I know about the GSM but what else makes it stand out?
Memory capicity, processor. Any help would be awesome.

The 8830 is not an upgrade to the 8330. The 8330 has 50% more memory and a camera. The principal advantage of the 8830 is the World Phone capability. Note though that the GSM frequencies do not work in the US. The 8830 GSM only works in Europe. You cannot use an 8830 on a US GSM carrier.
Unless you need a phone to use in Europe, there is no reason to move from an 8330 to an 8830.
The 8830 has less memory, 64MB compared to the 96 of the 8330. The 8830 does not have a camera on it. It cannot be used on US GSM carriers. The 8830 would be considered a downgrade from the 8330.
