I have an 8330 which has a smart skin on it. I like the BB holster but the skinned curve is too tight on it and I don't want to stretch the skin out of shape so it won't hug the keys. Does anyone have or use the Bold holster with a curve in a smart skin?
My understanding is that the Bold is larger and I'm wondering if that would allow it to go in and out of a holster easier.

I kind of do what you are asking. Moved over from the Treo 650 two months ago. Still using the Treo Holster and have my berry in the rubberized skin with a BSE to protect the screen.

Berry slips in and out of the Treo holster very well. Don't know about the Bold holster.

Just an idea.

I don't know how thick that smart skin is, but I use a Seidio shell on my 8330 and use a 8830 holster for it.

I use a regular "skin" on my 8310 to protect my Berry. I also use a Bold case and my Berry fits in the case perfectly with the skin on.
