I just upgraded from .66 and with the first call I got, the speaker phone thing happened. I am still really happy I upgraded, as it seems to be running much much smoother for me. (less hourglasses)

So long story short I have had .77 installed on my 8330 since it was still in "beta" form. Now that there is an official release, is there any reason to wipe and install this official release as compared to the beta?

Will this fix the speakerphone issue?

My provider is Sprint btw.

I have herd that there is no diffrence between the beta and the official release. I dont have many problems on my beta to be honest. I think it runs great!!

GPS over MMS? Why is that?

GPS is great for map programs like nav4all.
i get more use out of nav4all, than i would sending pics to my friends.
besides, i can deal without MMS, most of my friends all have BB's or have the ability to receive email on their phones... so sending pics, etc isnt much of a problem.

cheers

I have a Verizon Curve. I was skeptical about problems but I did the upgrade to 45.0.77 and everything is running smoothly except for the fact that the email has not changed and is not running HTML. In the menu, there are no HTML options. Any ideas?

You need to resend your service books. How do I reset my BlackBerry? - BlackBerryFAQ

Then, go to messeges and hit Menu>Email Settings and enable html.

Can anyone remember if there was the speaker issue with .66? I am thinking of downgrading.
