The problem: When I select the delete 'On Mailbox & Handheld' option for any emails, it's not erasing on the email server. It's so annoying! I have 2 email accounts set up and am having the same issue on both my personal account (web-based gmail) and my work account (Outlook based, not using an Enterprise Server).
Anyone know what I can do? I have logged into the Blackberry Internet Service site through Verizon and the 'Sycnronize deleted items' button is selected. ??
I believe that is an option for BES not BIS service. On the bis site you should be able to set it to leave on server or to remove from server but it will not remove it from outlook...
