Earlier this morning my Sprint 8330 reset itsself. Then a few min later, did it again. And again...... and again, to the point where I cant even look at the screen long enough to try and do something.
1. I pulled out the memory card first. No change
2. Did my own batt pull. no change
3. Put in my coworkers battery. no change.

I can't hook it up to dtm as it doesn't stay on long enough. Any ideas?

Try taking out the battery while the phone is on and leaving it out for a good 30 minutes before putting it back in.

sound like a good warranty claim..... i would try to force a OS on it.. by that i mean going to the rim folder and click loader and running that while the phone is booting up. it should be in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader and i believe it is called loader.exe

What apps and themes do you have installed? There are times where a particular theme or app that canare cause these issues.
