    I just got a 8330 from Verizon. I set up the email just like my Outlook Express. I am receiving some emails on my 8330 but not all of them. I am only receiving about 1 of 10 that go to Outlook Express. Any suggestions.

    How did you set it up? Are you using Desktop Redirector? Provide a bit more detail.

    it is a pop account. i did not use the redirector.

    From my understanding, you will not have true push email if you setup your blackberry to receive your POP/IMAP mail directly. I've read that the Blackberry servers will poll your POP/IMAP accounts every 10-15 minutes, retrieve the messages, then push those to your device.

    To get true push from your POP/IMAP email, you must set that account to forward to your @vzw.blackberry.net account. Once you do that, your POP/IMAP email will be immediately pushed to your device.
