    The speakers are available online cheap but i havn't found replacement information. I guess i just need to buy those mini torx and start taking her apart to find out. Anyone replace a speaker yet?

    Happen to me, I just got used to the crackle. Kind of like it now. Adds character.

    You're going to think I'm joking, but that happened to me and this did fix it.

    Take the phone and whack it against your leg 4-5 times or hit it really hard up near the speaker a few times.

    Cant promise it works for you, but it did for me.

    Lol yeah I did try hitting her back...but it only helped a little. I have looked at all the pictures of the replacement speakers online and it seems they aren't soldered or plugged in. It looks like there are just contacts that press against other contacts. I'll find out soon enough and report back with a speaker replacement faq!
