I created SEVERAL exceptions for when my BBerry is in Normal mode, so that I could assign individual ringtones to several people in my address book. It was working fine for months. Now all of a sudden, I've noticed that EVERYONE that calls me is ringing with the default phone ringtone. Even though they all still appear to be checked in the exception list and appear to all still be assigned different ringtones. How do I get this to work again?
Did you update to 4.5.0.175? This is a problem with some of the higher OS versions. You can try substituting the .131 profile .cod files into your OS to fix this issue. Instructions are in post #1 here:
