Everytime i try to open my camera it pops up with a message that says " could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again", also when i try to open my video it opens and within about 5 seconds automaticly exits the app. Please help
My wife had that problem on her pearl. We tried everything: closed all the apps that were running besides the normal one, cleaned out the memory and nothing worked. Took it back to the VZW store and they couldn't fix it either and just swapped me another phone.
