    I'm in support and I have a user that has an 8330. It synch's to an Blackberry Enterprise.

    She cannot see her address book and I've checked the filters or categories and they aren't checked. When she starts to type in a persons name, it starts doing the autofill. When it rings, it doesn't display the persons name.

    Her carrier is Verizon, but I don't think that has anything to do with it.

    Anybody help here? She's driving me crazy and refuses to pick up a manual.

    Do you have access to a CellBrite machine? I'd recomend removing the contact list and clearing it from the phone then re-adding it. Or, backup the list to a PC or Google Sync (Contact Sync)
