Can someone please tell me is there a way to transfer my e-mail addresses to my Blackberry from my computer w/o doing it manually?

do you have the email account already set up on the bb? if so, you can forward the emails you want to that same email address and they should push to the device.

If you mean your Address Book/Contacts, use BlackBerry Desktop Manager and sync them to Outlook or Outlook Express.

Or use Google Sync.

Or use BlackBerry Desktop Manager to back up the device and use ABC Amber BlackBerry Converter to open and view the data and convert it to various formats.

It really depends on what email service you use. For your sake, I hope it's gmail. In which case, you could use the Google Sync app like Mama said It's sooo easy a caveman could do it!
