I'm finally switching from Sprint to either T-Mobile or AT&T. My big question though is, how do I transfer all of my 8330 info and have it switched to an 8310/20. I assume the BB Desktop Manager will do this, is it pretty straight forward though?

yes it is very straight forward. click on the device switch wizard and it will walk you through it.

Rather then opening another thread, what are the chances I will be able to get out of paying my contract cancellation with Sprint? What are some tactics that have worked for people in the past?
