Hi all,

After about 30 minutes of searching on here (I'm a researcher by profession...so yeah..this is frustrating), I cannot find anything about Verizon and OS 4.5. I've got 4.5.138, but I don't see any HTML email support (still dashed-line boxes) and my video player looks nothing like what's pictured on BB's website. Apparently I'm also late to the party on this OS. Any advice? Verizon's website has a "4.5" update, but it doesn't look any different than what I got from BB's website.

The 'dashed boxes' on emails is standard, from my understanding. Press menu + load images. What's wrong with your video player, specifically?
I believe .138 is the latest official for VZW.

The video player in 4.5.138(which IS the most up to date for Verizon) will NOT look like the one pictured on the blackberry site.
